This is not manufacturer refurbished despite what the listing says. It won't have any warranty with Apple; if anything goes wrong during the 90 days they reference you'll be trying to get a repair/replacement from that eBay seller (which I wouldn't count on).

I have been holding out hope for an iPad Pro 2 for a while now. I am officially impatient and want to get the 2015 edition (not at full price, of course). Do you think this is a good deal?

It says Manufacturer Refurbished. Asides from a ding, or two in the metal, and, or perhaps a few scratches and a little pitting it will probably be fine.

To add to @Atomic Walrus points, I would look more into what does this 90 day warranty cover and what is their exchange/return process before you purchase.
