If so you which one do you use?

Just trying to get an idea how many people don't mind using a screen protector on there iPad air 2, considering it may make it more reflective.

yup, powersupport crystal film.

not worried about scratches, but rather the oleophobic coating wearing off. cant tell theres a film on it whatsoever.

Nope. Smart Cover + Luvvitt Dolce provides enough protection for me.

EDIT: If I was to get a screen protector, I'd probably get one made of tempered glass.

Think I'll be returning my zagg glass. I find it adds too much glare and reflection when compared to the screen without the zagg. Going to try an anti glare one instead.

I wouldn't put screen protectors on an iPad. Even if they do get scratched, you would only see the scratch when the device is off. You wouldn't be able to notice scratches when the screen is on.

not now, but considering to buy a temp glass. and only because if buy a pen, i dont want to scratch the screen. but right now a pen support is very limited in air2 (bt styluses) and most of styluses wont work well at all...

I have never used any screen protector for any of my iPads. Smart cover makes sure that such screen protection is not needed.

Just wondering, will a screen guard for Air 2 defeat the purpose of Apple's touted anti glare coating as the screen guard itself will reflect more light? :p

Yes, it would. And I think that is Apple's way of saying a screen protector isn't needed.

I think if you get an anti-glare screen protector you will get less glare. But personally after removing and returning my zagg glass from my air 2, I don't think I can ever use a screen protector. The screen on the air 2 is just to beautiful with the anit-glare coating to cover it up. I've always used screen protectors on my iPads. I think this time I'll just put the money towards Applecare plus.

You can't rely on polling for matters of preference. Each has to go with what the individual prefers.

FWIW I use the Green Onions oleophobic. Not really concerned about glare though. Our iPad Air 2 is rarely used in situations where glare is a concern for us.

I can do whatever I want. This is a free forum. As long as I follow the rules. But, thanks for the advice DAD. lol.

Yes i do because anytime i've forgone a protector my screen scratches without fail. So i just use them when i can

Have one on my Air 2 and my 6 for peace of mind. Allows me to focus on actually using the devices instead of obsessing/babying them.

Zagg InvisibleShield for the win!

The SmudgeProof is great if you want anti-glare. The new Glass option is great if you prefer the display to appear the way Apple ships it but still want protection.

oh no, i rather have tiny scratch that you only can see when the screen is off than putting fugly plastic to the whole surface. enjoy it.

yes cuz i hate the coating on the iPad Air 2. it leaves too many smugges and finger prints, it looks like shadows? kinda. havent had it like this on my old iPad 3 and the cheap protector that came with my case fixed it.

i also havent seen the sun since like october so i couldnt care less about anti glare :D
