I keep getting this message on Safari whenever I go to Yahoo:

Do you want to allow “https://www.yahoo.com” to use up to 1.2 GB of storage on your Mac?

I've been answering no. Is there a way to resolve what's going on here?

Here's a screen shot of what I'm talking about:

Is there a way to clear the storage that Yahoo is taking up? I don't know why they'd need that much space.

For the past few days I have been getting such a message (1.4 GB) when I access the website of The Guardian newspaper.
