Is this a bug with my device or is this the design? I choose my notifications to come in as a banner style. Which means before iOS10, it will slide in from the top and after a few seconds it will automatically go away.

Now in iOS10, it doesn't go away ever. You have to manually slide it up to dismiss it or you force touch it to open it. This is super annoying. Do you see the same thing?

Ive found if they get stuck for some reason, wait like a second or two after they appear and hit the home button. It gets rid of it but doesn't take you home. Super helpful if you're in a game.

hm...those that see this, is it only in a specific app while its running? or only when in xyz etc.? i cant reproduce it on my 7 plus.
