Can you see your iPhone order on your recent orders screen or page. I got the confirmation email and order number for launch day pick up at my Apple Store. Just I'm not seeing it on my recent orders page. Thanks!
 
It's likely just processing on the backend, nothing to worry about if you have the confirmation email. FWIW, I also did store pickup and it is showing in my recent orders on both the website / app now!
 
The first order I placed does not show up, but I received an email and can see the order details when I click on the order number while not signed into my Apple ID.

The second order I placed ~10 minutes later shows up in my order history.

Both for pickup at the same store.

I'm sure it will show up once things settle.
 
Thanks Guys! I took a screenshot of the order page when I was pre-ordering and I will just hold onto the email. Also I just got approved for the AUP Loan. so it looks like my order is going through smoothly. I hope you all have a Great Day and enjoy your new phones!

Still not showing up on mine. When I attempt to add it, it indicates that it's already linked to an Apple ID. When I view the order online, it indicates that it's a Guest order.

Hopefully no issues.
 
As long as I can remember Apple has had this unfortunate user experience of iPhone preorders not showing up for about 4 hours. I checked mine an hour ago and it wasn’t in the app, but now it’s there with an “Order Placed” status.

As long as folks got the email/text message they should be fine.

FYI My order popped up on my recent order page about a couple hours after posting this post. Hopefully it did for you to Nikos. I think it just Apple trying to catch up with all the orders from this morning but I had to make this post just to make sure.

Thank you for the update! Mine has not appeared yet. Chatted with support and they indicated that it's a gltich "for today." Their wording was pretty bad. I'll give it a couple of days and see what happens. The order exists, at least.
 
The option to add it finally appeared on the Order Status page and I was able to add it to my account!
