Doble screen Problem

Dear all...

I've a MacbookPro Retina 13" of 2015 connected with a second screen ( SAMSUNG 28" 4K) by a VPA-thunderbolt 2. I'm using a software called "MEGA7" ( useful for DNA counting and other genetic applications), when I open MEGA7 on the fist deck of my Macbook it's works perfect however, when I move the MEGA7's windows from the macbook to the second screen (SAMSUNG) it disappear....

I never had this kind of issue before.


Please, can you help me!!!


I have a lot ow genetic work to do!!!! :-(
