I‘m looking for for some home accessories when I’m not using my MacBook Air M3 on the road.
I totally prefer the fan less build of the MacBook Air to a Pro
Right now I’m using a third party Nintendo Switch dock for power supply, network and an external display
BenQ EL2870U 4K (no USB—C)
So I‘m stuck to 30hz which is unbearable.
And my USB—C to DP/HDMI converter seem to only support 30hz too.
I’m using the Air for some coding and day to day activities
No video editing yet and I’m trying out my Cubase projects on it.
So
Is there any dock that supports 2 external displays (clamshell mode)
Network and some more ports. And especially 60hz for non USB—C displays?
And for the display.
Ím eyeballing with the BenQ RD280U for the 3:2 ratio
(And I guess I can’t daisy—chain the RD to the EL, hence the dock with 60hz via DP or HDMI)
