Dock Enhancers

Anyone know of a good enhancer for the Dock? For example, instead of all my music editing apps in the Dock, I'd like a folder (or something) I click on in the Dock, and I get a list of the apps I've put in there. My Dock is quickly becoming huge, and I have to keep making it smaller to fit all the icons for my apps.

Why not just DIY? Create a folder, drag aliases of your favorite programs to it, and then drag the folder to the right-hand side of the dock. AmbitiousLemon used to have a nice article about organizing your dock this way... anyway, here's a screenshot of my setup to give you an idea (I only use this method to keep games close at hand, but you could conceivably fill your dock up with nested folders of apps).

Cleo, a bit off topic but where did you get the ***** cat icon that your using for your HD?
