Since upgrading to Mojave, my Dock takes a long while to appear after logging in. It will appear eventually; fiddling with Dock preferences in System Preferences will get it to show up sooner. Has anyone else encountered this? Even better, know a fix? Don't know whether this is unique to Mojave, or if it's occasionally happened in other versions of macOS.
