Dock in dark mode, without menu bar

Is there a way to have the dock in dark mode, but not the top menu bar? I mean I know there's no official solution, but it would be cool if there was a hack or something. The dark dock looks much better, but the dark menu bar is irritating. It looks so windows-ish and also much smaller/thinner than when it is bright.

Hmm, sadly, it does not exactly look like dark mode. The dark mode in this app is almost black, there's an other option that comes close called "HUD" but it's in 3D. Is there another app like this, which makes the dock actually look just like in dark mode?
