Dock Keeps on disappearing

Hi,

I have an issue with my dock disappearing only when in clamshell mode with my Macbook Pro. I like to have it on the left and I have the automatically hide option turned off in the dock preferences. Is there a way to keep it there permanently?

Just go to System Preferences>Dock
You should be able to do anything you want from there.
