Just wondering, is there any knowledge of anyone making a doc and excel editor for the iPhone, because I want to know if there are any coming out soon before I buy FileMagnet to at least read word documents and hopefully soon excel documents.

Where will you be getting the documents from? If you are getting them in emails you can view them through firmware 2.0.
Well I know I have had classes where the text book is a .pdf file . . . and so when I used my blackjack, it was nice to be able to view the book whenever I needed to with out having to lug my laptop around. Also, a lot of my hw gets simplified with excel, and so it's always nice to have excel around, but it isn't always nice to have your laptop around. That is why I want something like an Office Suite for my phone. It is one of the few apps that I would be willing to pay 20 dollars for if it worked just as it should.
But I would be willing to settle with just being able to read .doc and .pdf files on the go if it will be a long time before an office suite comes out.Mariner Calc is coming soon...
