Hi there,
I have an iPhone 5s for few weeks and because my "Others" started growing very fast, I decided to delete all data from iPhone and than restore from back-up. I did that and it really helped with the "Others" but "Documents and data" suddenly went from about 400mb to over 800mb, for no reason. It's not because of installing some new apps or downloaded new photos/videos/etc., it was really just like that in a few seconds.
Seems to me like iTunes imported something I don't know about :D
Does anyone please know why did that happen and how to get rid of that?

It's probably something you had in your backup that was restored. iTunes does not import things that you didn't request or download. Go through the app settings on your iPhone and remove what you don't need. That could be documents, notes, and just about anything else associated with the apps that you use. Once you've cleaned out what you no longer need, make a backup, reset the iPhone, and restore from backup again.

Well I created that backup with 400mb of "documents and data" and right after creating it I restored it from that backup, so it had to happen somewhere "on the way". Of course I checked the "Usage" after but it was exactly the same size.

My case is even worse. I had 24Gb free space in the first few hours after I restored my iPhone 6s plus (iOS 9.2.1) from iCloud this morning, then my "documents and data" suddenly jump up from 1Gb to 5Gb at night when I checked the storage again. I am sure I did nothing to cause this.
