are emails that you haven't sent in your sent items?

if yes then change your password as you have had your account hacked.

if no then it is very likely that someone is spoofing your email address and sending spam, which is then bounced back to your email as the server 'thinks' you sent it. if this is happening change your password (cause it's just a good idea) but there isn't really anything you can do to stop it, there is certainly nothing apple can possibly do to help you, so you will just have to set up a filter to move email containing the word 'bounced' to Trash or spam,

if that doesn't solve it then you may have to just change and move to a new email address and leave the problem one behind.
