There are a lot of 240w cables on the market now
i want to buy a spare power cable which i can use them when i am outside
can i use 240w usbc cable charge 16 model in usbc port with apple 140w power adapter?
or
is it that only magsafe3 can support 140w pd3.1 ?
is it that 16inch's usbc port only support pd 3.0 which means charging power can only reach 100w ?

It's only the Magsafe 3 connector that supports Fast Charge, unfortunately.

The USB-C connectors are Thunderbolt 4 and are therefore limited to 100 Watt power delivery on the 16-inch MacBook Pro.

Curiously though you can fast charge the 14-inch MacBook Pro (2021+) and MacBook Air (2022) at 140 Watt with a supported USB-C cable.
