Does 2013 21.5 iMac also have an SSD connection on the board?

As the title states.. does it? Mine came with the fusion drive. I ordered an 500gb SSD drive kit. I watched a replacement video and it showed them install an SSD directly onto the motherboard. Then reinstalled the other drive.
Can two SSD drives be installed?
