Trying to setup my daughter's new phone and switched the screentime/blocked content to block adult sites. I was searching for something in Safari and no Google suggestions were popping up. I tried to find where I had the switched off but couldn't find any option. Only thing I changed was the adult sites. Does that block search suggestions? Seems really odd behavior but can't find anything else I changed. Thanks!

Every search engine home page lets you set preferences for what to display and return. Google lets you but then you are logged into Google. I’d also switch to DuckDuckGo. Consider privacy focused browser.

I’m sure more searching will turn up articles. There are apps, but some have downside that claim to be family oriented privacy controls.

Thanks. I just can't find a setting to turn on search suggestions. They use Google for all their school stuff so they use the searching as well

Google.com there should be Settings at bottom
