I have a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz NVIDIA 8800GS iMac with 2 GB of RAM. It can run COD2 just fine, as it meets all the minimum requirements, but here's my problem; it runs at around 12 frames per second regardless of settings. 
Twelve FPS! Is there any way that this can be fixed? I am tired of getting owned when I play online, and the single player is almost as bad (that's when I get 12 FPS). Please, if there is anyone out there who is able to play this game with reasonable frames per second on system similar to mine, help me! I will be forever grateful . I have already tried contacting customer support, and they just said "try turning down settings, blah blah blah, maybe your system isn't powerful enough", and such. I know that I should be getting better FPS. Could it be because COD2 is so old that it doesn't support newer hardware like mine? I know that Mac ports of games run slower than their Windows counterparts, but this kills.
