Are you in CA? Walgreens should be reporting it to the state but it can take up to 14 days and should be available on https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/ (check their FAQ for more info) and you just scan the QR with your Camera app to add to Health and Wallet app on iOS 15.1. If you gotten the third shot, you’ll need to go back to the website to re-enter the info to get a new QR code for updated info.
