Yes I know that you can use fring and nimbuzz, I used, but I talking about a native Skype app. With all the skype features. fring is good but it has some problem and nimbuzz too. For example on nimbuzz do not support a keypad to dial numbers, o even add new contact, and on fring you need to sit down and wait to be connected and it not the same.

Ok now this is the end. Truphone introduces Skype calling and instant messaging to the iPhone and iPod Touch. The service is scheduled to be available to all customers during the week of Jan. 12.

Now its official from Skype. Skype had an international electronics convention yesterday. There they anounced the making of an official iPhone skype application.

I don't know how many loyal customers they've pissed off, but I am pretty annoyed that they put off the app for iphone for this long. The iphone has been out for almost two years, Google's G1 has only been out for a few months and Android will get Skype sooner than the iphone.
