Does anybody know where to get a Newton MessagePad 1000 Mac connection cable? I can't seem to find one online, however, I have seen one for the MessagePad 2000 and 2100, does anyone also know if the 2000/2100 ones are compatible with the 1000? Thanks in advance.

Do mean MessagePad 100?
Anyway, all newtons use the same serial connection. There are pc and Mac versions of the cables available.

Newton 100-series use a standard "Mini DIN 8" serial port the same as Macintoshes of the age. A standard Macintosh serial cable will work to connect it to a vintage Mac.
