macOS Does anybody use google maps or other in the desktop app?

Need to do app with ability of showing map with placing pushpins on it. Is it possible? And what i need for it? Mac OS X. Thanks

I don't think there's a Mac API like there is for the iPhone, but you could use the normal web API and wrap it in a WebView and write a class to help with sending JavaScript to it.

So, i need to have web-server on which this scripts will be executed, and after show the result into my control?

If yes, in that case, server can show limited quantity of generated maps, 50 000. If 1000 people will use my app, then only 50 maps in the average per day for one person will be available?

Well the Objective-C library can be compiled either as a static library for the iPhone or a framework for Mac OS X.

Select which target you want to build (framework or static iPhone lib). Build. Done.

I compile one of the sample and its ask me for login and pwd, but i don't want ask user about this, just show map of the chosen territory..
