Hi there,

I have 2nd gen airpods and a problem I've always occured and one that happens more often than not is when taking the airpods out of the case, it only connects the right earphone. I have to put the airpods back in the case, take them out again, put them back in my ear and then both sides connect.

I have to do this several times a week and just wondered if its an issue others have faced? Other than that the buds work fine.

I have also experienced a similar problem occasionally with my AirPods Pro, and sometimes I find that the left AirPod Pro has not charged fully in the case. It seems to not always match up with the charging connections when I put them back in the case, and then when I later take them out for use, the left one is not charged properly.

Are both of your AirPods charging sufficiently in all cases?

I have an issue, the noise cancellation has been very poor lately. And the transparency mode has been muffled. I do a good job at keeping my AirPods clean. I'm thinking it's an issue with the microphones.

I just went to the Apple Store. The left AirPod failed the tests they did, but they replaced both anyway because I said the right one was having more issues with noise cancellation and muffled sound. Apple's customer service is second to none.
