I am lusting for an iphone terribly. But I have Verizon right now and I'm scared to switch to Cingular as I don't know how good they are.

I am in the Milford area of southwest new hampshire. Does anybody out there have Cingular in this area or other parts of new hampshire?

I would love to know if Cingular has an okay signal here. Thank you if you can share your thoughts. :)

I had it in Nashua/Hudson, and it was fine... I answer for anything northern, since I have always traveled south, due to jobs and such... :)

I don't have cingular, but according to a friend, Southern NH coverage is fine.

It is up north where you are going to have patchy coverage. Verizon is a little bit better in those areas, but it is really hit and miss for any carrier once you get out of a town and into a rural area.

You can check the coverage map on the AT&T wireless site. It doesn't guarantee perfect signal everywhere, but it's a good indicator of where the cell towers are located.
