Does Anyone Have The ATT 4.0 Carrier File?

I searched the forum but couldnt find it, thanks for the help.
 
Im looking for the file.. I want to downgrade from my 5.0 carrier file.
 
You cant :/.... I think iTunes saves it as a backup if someone could direct me to the folder maybe?

Ya thank you, I found the file, but itunes is giving me an error when Im applying to my phone.... where did you get the file?

Did you open terminal and type in the command? The post I told you about says exactly how to do it
 
Ya no I can select it and all in itunes, its just when itunes is intalling it an error pops up. Its wierd cause some ipcc files do it and others dont. Beats me
 
restore your phone from back up where you did not have the 5.0 installed the easy way to fix the issue. Second go nuclear format the phone it will yank down the 4.0 carrier file from the server for you no big deal.
 
Messing with changing the carrier file is EXACTLY how I got into trouble when I upgraded to firmware 3.1. Consider yourself warned!
