I was just reading a thread the other day in which someone posted a link to a thread on this forum that had info on the new 3GSs and what to look for to know which boot version you have. Something about manufacture weeks and a code in the serial #. I was just reading it for the hell of it at the time since I have a launch day 3GS so it doesn't apply to me. However, my roomate just got a refurbished 3GS today and now I'm looking for that thread again for him and can't find it. Can someone please post the link? I also remember a lot of people in the thread were wanting it to be stickied, I'm on board with that idea now too after searching a bunch of threads for the info and coming up empty lol.
