I'm going to assume you are in the US, based on your username. If so, Other World Computing is a good choice.
Personally, I'd go with www.crucial.com as I don't have any experience with newegg but crucial has been great.
In my experience newegg usually is a decent amount cheaper than crucial... and I've never had a single problem with newegg after making in insane amount of purchases from them over the years.
