With the new notes in iOS 9, it appears that the notes.sqlite is no longer used in /var/mobile/Library/Notes

I placed my notes.sqlite, and reboot, but the notes don't appear when I open my notes app. The notes.sqlite also isn't being overwritten with a blank one (which is usually the case if it's not compatible or something is wrong with the file).

The notes app also doesn't open with a message asking me to upgrade the notes

Browsing to /var/mobile/Library/Notes after rebooting, there is a .IgnoreLegacyNotes file in there. I've opened the file, but it's empty. I try deleting that file, and it comes back with a reboot

Does anyone know where notes in iOS 9 are stored? I was considering syncing my notes to iCloud now that you don't need a @me.com/@icloud.com account. Thanks for any help on this
