Does anyone know who took the Apple Snow Leopard picture?

Does anyone know who took the Apple snow leopard wallpaper picture? I mean the snowy one in which the Snow Leopard's looking directly at the camera. Who took it and how did they do it?
I'm just amazed at how they got a snow leopard to look at the camera, and have all the snow on it etc.
