19,1 iMac, Big Sur: I purchased Stellar Repair for Photo-Mac today. Does anyone use this repair app? I have some questions about using it. I think it originated on the Dark Side and its a bit confusing. Would appreciate any incite to its use.

Update once I read the multi page manual, understood what was happening, I repaired 2000+ jpgs I've either made myself or copied. Many were "Advanced Repaired" by Stellar. I had no idea jpegs needed repairing. I've never repaired jpegs in 20+ years of Photoshop. Either they were useable or were corrupted & trashed. Having repaired the above folder of jpegs, the database I use was lightning fast. I make a change the order of images and renumber, it happens instantly. I used to get double images, or corrupted cache in the database. Not anymore. No double images or bad cache. I had no idea, but I will be keeping this app for my jpeg collection hereon.
