does anyone use wired USB keyboard(gaming or otherwise) to their Mac Mini M1? If so, can the wired keyboard wake up the Mac Mini M1 from sleep?

I use a Sharkoon PureWriter and it wakes up fine. It's a bit confusing sometimes, because I think it needs a keypress to wake, then some time before accepting entry. If I start typing in my password immediately, it doesn't accept it. But the delay is minimal and much less than the time it takes to wake up the screen.

I am using my old 2010 iMac wired keyboard and it wakes just fine.

I just use a old Walmart brand wired Onn keyboard and wired Logitech mouse on a small usb 4 port hub with my Mac Mini M1 with no issues to date with waking the computer.

I use a super high end mechanical keyboard I built from keychron, wired and yeah it works fine it’s a keyboard ?. I’m appalled that some people use cheap keyboards that are probably squishy membranes lol but I’m a keyboard elitist.
