Does anyone (who has a cellular iPad) running iPadOS 17 experiencing a "Cellular Data is Turned Off" Bug???

Is anyone (who has a cellular iPad model) experiencing a daily pop-up that reads: "Cellular Data is Turned Off"?

It pops up every single day from March 2024-Present Day, and I haven't had much luck with Apple Support (despite countless complaints), and I had wished that upgrading to iPadOS 17.6 would have fixed the issue. Heck, I wished iPadOS: 17.0.1, 17.0.2, 17.0.3, 17.1, 17.1.1, 17.1.2, 17.2, 17.2.1, 17.3, 17.3.1, 17.4, 17.4.1, 17.5, 17.5.1, would have fixed the issue, but alas, my cellular iPad is cursed.

For clarity:
I have the 2018 iPad Pro (12.9") with the Apple A12X and 6GB RAM (via 1TB storage model), I'm also running the latest iPadOS.
My iPad Pro has never had a SIM-card in it, why?: I purchased the cellular model only because when I purchased it in September 2020, it was a deep discount as the A12Z model was the new newest (as of March 2020), and I had intended on getting a SIM card for it, but I never had one in it.

Now with this issue I fear, I'll never get a cellular iPad Pro again, if this bug is so freaking consistent.
