My brother has been having problems with Voicemail on his new iPhone 3G and after I was on the phone with tech support for two hours (AT&T) getting it sorted out, he said if it he has further problems with the Voicemail to just go and get a new sim card for his phone.

I'd rather go to an Apple store to deal with this, but do they have new sim cards they can reprogram into an existing phone? Or do I have to go to an AT&T store?

If Apple can do it, I'll just make the genius bar appointment tonight and head over tomorrow.
