Does Apple/Phobio think that nobody trades in big phones?

They send trade-in box that can't fit Xs Max or Note 20 Ultra. (not without squishing the inside of the box severely)

Just wondering... because I just got two boxes to trade in those 2 phones.

contacted them and they said they only had one size box for phones. told me to just "stuff" the phone into the box as much as I can without "breaking the phone in half" (which I thought was funny... but I managed to "stuff" them in the boxes... just dropped them off at FedEx)

Xs max and 11ProMax are same size. I had no problem with fit when I shipped last week. Bend the cardboard ends up, it loosens the plastic, slide phone in and bend cardboard ends back under. Very easy.

But I already got my Apple Gift Card for the full quoted amount. In fact, I already spent it towards another iPhone 12.

I love how fast your trade-in service was. It's my first time using Phobio. My experience was 9.9 out of 10. (only took 0.01 off for the tiny trade-in shipping box that forced me to jam the big phone inside) Please let people at Phobio in charge of ordering shipping box that they really need to order bigger boxes. (for phones like Note 20 Ultra and big iphones)
