I have some stuffs I sent 2 years ago that are still « open » and a Safari bug I send 2 weeks ago without any answer if it’s going to be fixed or not…

There's a blurb at the top of the feedback form that states:

"Use the form below to send us your comments. We read all feedback carefully, but we are unable to respond to each submission individually. If you provide your email address, you agree that we may contact you to better understand the comments you submitted." [Emphasis mine]

When you say feedback you provided two years ago is still "open," were these issues for which you contacted Support and have open cases?

are these bugs that others are also experiencing? anyway, i've filled in hundreds of feedback forms (ios and mac os), and heard from apple maybe twice (and this is since the public betas started). so, as wildsky above says....

@fisherking, that brings up a good question for the OP: are you asking about apple.com/feedback or the beta feedback app? I don't know there's a difference in whether Apple responds or not, but it might help clarify which feedback type you're asking about.

Nevermind… I found some cases with a different status. I guess most of the open case are suggestions, but there are some of them that were added to apps, but still open like adding weather alert.

However, the Safari bug is about a css style that is not working as expected.

Beta Feedback app

Yes they do, They may not respond to all the submissions but they do read them, The ones they reply to the most is bug reports. I have also noticed they seem to reply more to the people that are devs that have the Developer Preview over the Public Beta users.
