It's been over 10 days of my iCloud account being completely inaccessible, and despite multiple support calls and emails, there's no solution in the horizon. This issue started when I tried to restore my iPhone 6s Plus from iCloud backup, and it just wouldn't sign in. I have no local backups, and have over 2GBs worth of photos on iCloud.

I am completely unable to do anything - no emails, no contacts, no access to iCloud photos, no FaceTime with my Apple ID etc.

This is the most frustrating experience I've had with Apple, and they just don't seem to think it's an urgent issue. I've basically been told they'll get to it when they get to it.

And why did that happened? Can you prove that it is your account? Is it encrypted?

Yes. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. I can sign in on the web, I just get error messages when i try to access anything. When I try to restore any device, iCloud signs in then crashes about 2 seconds after signing in. I've had my Apple ID for at least 6 years.

So to answer your question - I do not know why it happened and yes, I can prove it is my account, that is not even being debated.
