Items there are refurbished and warranted by Apple and in most instances are like new. You can even buy Apple Care for them. The savings is generally around 10 to 15 %.

This is the best idea/reply, I've bought from the refurbished online store, great quality, plus like said, some good savings, but Apple.com rarely ever has sales on their new items. Best place to get a deal is like Amazon, Best Buy or your wireless carrier's store/online store.

Not thread-related, but your words make me again realise how fortunate I am to have left the world of work behind. 100% face mask and full-face shield - OMG what a monstrous nightmare people are being put through.
Rare. They might have increased trade in when the xr came out to lower overall cost but those are super rare. I wouldn’t count on it. I would check out Amazon since they do refurbished with good deals. Otherwise it’s the cellular companies offering deals.
