Does decent Mac GPS Software exist?

Hi all, new to the forums. Got a question. Is there anyone that makes a decent gps software package for Mac osx? As in, a software package (and gps reciever) for traveling in a car? I know i could just but one of the all in one units like a garmin or magellen but i am trying to see if i can just get software and a reciever for a mac. Thanks.
