I thought the only way to play flashgames in your browser is with an app like Puffin, but at Games4ipad.com I could just play games in the Safari browser. Is it new on IOS9?

It's not Flash that they're using if it works on iOS. Flash is not supported in any version of iOS, and 9 is no exception.

Taking a look at that website, they're all made in java/html5 which are both fully supported in Safari on iOS

Technically Flash isn't supported in Android anymore either (at least not officially). It's not really a mobile-friendly technology.

Ah ok thanks. Never knew they could make such stuff with java/html5.
