Google Now on my Note4 is showing me a calendar appointment that came through my Exchange email, not my Gmail, and I never responded to the calendar invite. How can Google Now know what is going on in my exchange email? Does it somehow scan this also????

Google Now used to send me info on appointments I had on my exchange account all the time. It doesn't interface to the email, it interfaces via the Google Calendar app. If you have an exchange account active on your phone and calendar syncing turned on it shows up as a calendar account, and every calendar app on the device has access to it. Google Now included. I believe it's doing it device-side, though, and not server-side.

Google monitors everything, didn't you get the memo?
