Does iLEX RAT work on Apple TV 2 JB?

I would like to have a confirmation about this before i actually try it because my Apple TV 2 is not working like the way it's suppose to be working. Vimeo's just loading forever(after the app-auto update)...overall bog on homescreen, but mainly want to fix Vimeo.

I've used the command line action on iPhones & other iDevices and i've tried googling it and i can't find anyone that actually perform it on an Apple TV 2.

I don't think iLEX RAT was developed for the Apple TV in mind. They both use different operating systems (unlike the similarity between the iPhones, iPod Touches, and iPads)

6.1.4 is still being signed by Apple for ATV2.
