Does Installing iCloud Beta lets you create an @me mail account?

As title, since i've red that you can create that from iOS 5 beta, i was wondering if it lets you create an @me account from OS X too...

I can't get it to work - for beta 1-3 in DP1-GM I've gotten the same error - "Unable to sign in because of a server error."

My internet connection is fine. Any thoughts?

When Apple labels it Beta, they're not kidding. Just keep trying if you have the patience.
