Does iOS 11 safari fix the arrow key buttons?

Does safari in iOS 11 fix the annoying arrow buttons? You know, when you type in a text box (like in replying to a comment), when you press the arrow keys on a Bluetooth/Smart Keyboard, how the whole page jumps up/down?

Although I notice when I'm making a post (like now) they keys respond appropriately..so I guess it's just replying to a comment?

No it doesn’t. Even replying to this on my 2nd gen iPad Pro 12.9 with Apple Smart Keyboard, moving the arrows is not just moving the cursor - it’s making the screen move up and down as well.

Annoying.

I only experience this on MacRumors. Other forums I frequent, arrow keys have always worked exactly as they ought too. Is this then not something to do with MacRumors specifically?
