Hi so I'm a bit used to battery percentage shown on the main screen of iphone. However in Iphone XR Apple makes you swipe from top to see percentage in Control Center.

Is there any hope ios 13 reverts to original design which is showing percentage bar in the main screen as default? Thanks!

They could easily utilize these high quality screens and fit the battery percent (with a toggle option) inside the battery icon, or replace the icon entirely with a color coded percentage. Eventually i guess if we keep the feedback going..

Could be below the clock in the lockscreen. It does appear when charger is plugged in. Should be permanent there!

The've had this since the introduction of iPhone X at this point. It's not exactly a mess or anything, but a piece of information that isn't available in the status bar area on phones with a notch. It seems like that's what it will be like unless/until Apple decides to change the UI in some way in relation to that, or perhaps does away with the notch.

if you have a watch or other apple accessories you can add the battery widget and just have to swipe left to see your current devices (including your phone) battery % at any time.
