Does iOS 9.3 fix Safari on the iPad Pro?

On the iPad Pro in landscape mode, you can only scroll down for a tiny bit before the entire page blanks out completely. Seems completely unnecessary considering how much RAM the iPad Pro has. Does iOS 9.3 finally fix this issue? You can see the issue on any website, including this one, but it's really apparent on TouchArcade.com.

Not just me. Might be related to content blockers, but I think it's just an issue on Apple's part relating to the amount of RAM needed to render a web page in landscape on the iPad Pro and not updating some defaults.

I have this issue also on my iPad pro and all my ios 9 device from time to time. Usualy, just close the tab and reload the website fix it. Its a little annoying though
