I was about to send in my MBP for repair for a bunch of reasons: the screen inverter noise, the problem with the right speaker when using iChat, the problem with airport connections being interrupted. I try to not worry about the processor whine, it might be an unavoidable artifact of energy saving and doesn't bother me too much. Now the problem is that neither of the two Apple tech support people admitted that they had heard of any of my three problems. I had thought from going over the forums that these are now acknowledged by Apple. How can I be sure that being without the computer for 3-7 days or so will be worth anything?
Anybody with experience out there? Which of the three problems, screen inverter noise, faulty right speaker, airport, actually got fixed when you sent yours in?
Thanks.
