Does iTunes card work with App Store?

Hi I just got an iPhone.

Just wondering if the iTunes gift cards work with the App Store?

I want to buy a few apps but I don't want to use my credit card.

Yes, it will work for whatever they sell in iTunes ... in the top right area, Quick Links ... click the REDEEM link ... enter your code ... hit the redeem button and you should see the credit appear

Ahhh damn, the reason why I want to use the iTune cards is that I don't want to use my credit card at all for privacy reasons.

I got an iTunes Gift Card on eBay. and it works fine to purchase iPhone apps from App Store.
