Hello, I noticed that the LTE version is heavier than the wifi version. How about power consumption? Does the LTE version run out of battery power faster? If so, by how many minutes?

Maybe it does, a little? Honestly, the difference isn't something I've ever noticed.

As long as you turn cellular off when not in use, I dont see why it would drain.
Meh, I just leave cellular on all the time (so Find iPhone always works). iPads have large enough batteries that the battery drain is pretty negligible unlike in iPhones.

If we turn off the LTE, will the apps still use the GPS (regardless of whether or not wifi is on) when needed?

The LTE version looks like a bandage on the iPad.
