i want to get macbook pro 17" model
but i wonder can i play 3D movies on it like sony vaio(direct on it's screen)?
----------i did see some one play halflife 2 2004 at 200frps -----------
i download 3d movies " .mkv" i am not playing them throw blueray drives ?
does it?

Nope, you need a special display to play 3D movies that the MBP cannot do.
