Hey,
I was wondering if Apple has something like Remote Desktop Connection installed by default? I'd like to connect to my raspberry and I'm currently using Windows to do that.

Apple Remote Desktop is installed by default. I believe it uses VNC. It's a hidden app accessible either by finding the connection target through Finder and clicking "Share Desktop" or something like that (possibly only available between Macs), or by searching for it with Spotlight.

Alternatively you can also use X11 forwarding with ssh, which would allow you to stream individual windows from the Pi to the Mac's XQuartz compositor which IMO is a pretty elegant solution and is what I personally do when I need to view a graphical thing from my Pi

I have a Windows desktop with VNC server. The native Mac connection, vnc://(IP address) works, but not very well with my Windows dual 1080P monitors. The free realVNC viewing app works like a charm.

Mac Monterey also has a Remote Desktop server, but it is not enabled by default. I do not remember where it is and have not tried it.
